Founded in the 1950s for the construction of certified pressure vessels, VESPA SABBIATRICI S.r.l. expanded its activity in the design and construction of systems and equipment for sandblasting, shot blasting and shot peening treatments by compressed air.

The design, construction, assembly and testing activities take place in the two production sites in Melzo (Milan), which occupy a total area of ​​4,000 square meters.

The commercial network is based on agents and resellers present in Italy, and in several European and North African countries.
The commercial branch in Madrid deals with the Iberian market and the latin countries of Central and South America.
 
After-sales assistance is guaranteed by a staff of qualified technicians, and supported by an automated spare parts warehouse that ensures the immediate availability of wear parts. Our technical office also provide remote assistance on systems connected to company networks.











 

What we do

OUR PRODUCTION INCLUDES:
  • Mobile and fixed sandblasting machines
  • Sandblasting booths using steel grit for treatment of carbon steel parts
  • Sandblasting booths using glass or ceramic beads for aluminium or stainless-steel parts
  • Blasting cabins using garnet or corundum for treatment of industrial vehicles
  • Large sandblasting and painting booths for hull blocks
  • Automatic compressed air sandblasting systems
  • Automatic sandblasting systems for pipes internal surface
  • Air filtration units
  • Vacuum abrasive recovery systems
  • Mobile sandblasting and filtration units.
 

Certifications
 
VESPA SABBIATRICI S.r.l. operates with a certified Company Management System compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard. Customers are therefore guaranteed an adequate level of service thanks to the selection of components and suppliers, the search for innovative technical solutions and the observance of safety and process requirements in all phases of the company organization (order acquisition, design , production, installation and assistance) and product development.
Particular attention is paid to the records of internal and external non-conformities: their processing allows for continuous improvements to products and production processes
The quality policy, promoted by the Company Management, is maintained and developed by the complete staff of VESPA SABBIATRICI S.r.l.
VESPA SABBIATRICI S.r.l. also holds the UNI EN ISO 3834-2 certification, relevant to the design and fabrication of pressure vessels, and including the certification of welding procedures and welders (former directive PED 97/23 / EC). The traceability of all materials and processes used in the manufacture of sandblasters is therefore guaranteed.
